In today's society, women receive mixed messages about their sexualities... and how they should be embraced, expressed, repressed, etc.  Given that sexual satisfaction is a significant contributor to relational satisfaction, and overall life satisfaction, The Shanti Counselling Centre is pleased to provide a 6-week intensive group for women who are interested in exploring thier own sexuality.
