Anxiety and Depression are the 2 most common reasons that people pursue counselling. 

Most people will experience anxiety or depressive symptoms at various times in their lives.  These are normal reactions to the variety of life stressors that we are exposed to over our lifetimes.  There are times when we can effectively manage these experiences on our own, and there are other times when the symptoms feel too overwhelming and the help of a professional can be invaluable.  Anxiety and Depression have high success rates in the therapeutic environment and clients will usually notice a marked difference in mood in 6 – 8 sessions.
